Shipping Policy
Shipping Information (Updated September 2022)
- Once your order is placed, we begin processing the order immediately
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (check our banner at the top of the page for current processing times)
- Any delays in the processing time will be noted in the Notification Bar at the top of the page on the website, if applicable
- We ship internationally to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. All international shipments are processed through Global Post.
- We do not currently offer shipping to any other international destinations
- Due to the pandemic international orders are being delayed in leaving the US as well as entering the receiving country. International orders may take 4 to 6 weeks or longer to arrive. About-beads.com cannot guarantee how long it will take to receive your order. Please take this into account when placing your order.
- International Shipping - Any customs, duties and/or taxes that may be required by your country and/or customs is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not included in our shipping fee
- International Shipping - The declared value will be the actual value of the items purchased, regardless of any discount or sale pricing

- Delivery time is typically 3 to 5 business days (after our processing time)*
- Available for International shipping up to 4lbs and value up to USD $400 - USPS does not provide a delivery time frame - delays may occur due to customs
- Minimal tracking is available
USPS Priority Mail
- Delivery time is typically 2 to 3 business days (after our processing time)*
- International Shipping - delivery time is typically 6 to 10 business days (after our processing time - this does not include any delays due to customs)**
- Tracking is provided
USPS Priority Mail Express
- Delivery time is typically 1 day with overnight delivery to most US locations (after our processing time)*
- International Shipping - delivery time is typically 3 to 5 business days (after our processing time - this does not include any delays due to customs)**
