UPDATE: Thank you for the incredible response to our closing announcement. Order volume has been much higher than expected, and we are currently several days behind in processing orders. Shipping Policy
Shipping Information (Updated September 2022)
- Once your order is placed, we begin processing the order immediately
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (check our banner at the top of the page for current processing times)
- Any delays in the processing time will be noted in the Notification Bar at the top of the page on the website, if applicable
- We ship internationally to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. All international shipments are processed through Global Post.
- We do not currently offer shipping to any other international destinations
- Due to the pandemic international orders are being delayed in leaving the US as well as entering the receiving country. International orders may take 4 to 6 weeks or longer to arrive. About-beads.com cannot guarantee how long it will take to receive your order. Please take this into account when placing your order.
- International Shipping - Any customs, duties and/or taxes that may be required by your country and/or customs is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not included in our shipping fee
- International Shipping - The declared value will be the actual value of the items purchased, regardless of any discount or sale pricing
